Synopsis

America's favorite superhero, Ace Justice, intends to clean up New Port City! But after a decade of successful rule under Bomb Queen, will the people want a hero now? Bomb Queen can't help but wonder about the possible connection between Justice's appearance and the upcoming mayoral election. And, if she discovers a plot, she'll take extreme measures to regain control of her city again... no matter how many she kills in the process!                             Bomb Queen decides that it would be nice of her to honor the request of little girl who would like Bomb Queen to appear for her show and tell. Shortly after the girl ends her presentation Ace Justice arrives to battle the queen. After a short fight Bomb Queen escapes and Ace begins a campaign to change opinion against Bomb Queen. After her escape Bomb Queen visits with the mayor and finds out that Robert Woods (the other mayoral candidate) is from the same state as Ace. She decides to use a rally for Woods as a chance to get close, however before this is possible she is again confronted by Ace Justice.
