"A Soul A Day Keeps the Devil Away"; A demon attempts to get a dentist to barter away his soul in exchange for a life free from work but neglects to take into account how much the dentist enjoys inflicting suffering through his practice. "Ghost Cackles" one-page story. "The Mushroom Man"; A man murders his uncle for money and buries his body under the mushroom patch in the cellar; After a cook prepares a meal with mushrooms she got from the cellar the man is killed when mushrooms burst through his body.
