Synopsis
Ever since all The City's heroes have moved to Blissburg, The Tick has been swamped with crimefighting duties! Barely able to keep up with the workload, he decides to recruit a group of Second World War veteran retired heroes to help. But the 'Greatest Generation' do-gooders are more interested in the local diner's 'Early Bird Special' than in confronting dangerous beercan-throwing baddies! Meanwhile, over in Blissburg, Arthur stumbles into herodom when he disarms a bomb-wielding publicity-seeking maniac in a TV studio - despite his best efforts to avoid mayhem and danger.
