Synopsis
The Concept: Enterprising young reporter Reggie Baxter has found the story of the century in Joe Campbell, a superhuman immortal with a "Good Samaritan" complex. Problem is, Joe wants to avoid the spotlight at all costs. Undaunted, Reggie comes up with a compromise: Joe will create a super-hero identity, and Reggie will document his activities. Now the attention-starved Reggie and the publicity-shy Joe have to work together to make this business venture succeed. This Issue: Venture is attacked by his arch-enemy, Argus. So why has he never heard of this guy before? And will an appearance by a vacationing Celeste Noble help -- or hinder -- Reggie's plans for Joe?
