1st appearance of Typhoon in a Firestorm back-up story

Typhoon was supposed to appear in the Firestorm title but it was cancelled along with many other DC titles in 1978

The backup story was included in the Cancelled Comics Cavalcade (extremely rare) which was an anthology of cancelled stories that were collected by the creators, photocopied and distributed to very few colleagues
